i dont know if anyone else feels it,
but most of the time in this game we are racing poorer players, i.e. im level 11 racing lvl 8-10 players.
Also as i've read the same applies to clubs...
i kinda would like to see in the future some sort of leveling system where you can take on people 1 level below and above you and the same would apply to the club.
What sort of future changes are there in store for this game?
it's not all like that, i have raced a few people the same and higher level than me, you just need to go to the right places...\

It might be something to do with your rank. If you wanna race higher lvls, get more cups. I have a high rank and i think cuz of that, i keep racing higher lvl racers. Not too sure yet.

Yes, it depends only on the quantity of cups.
